Our consultation process is simple and prompt. All you need to do is select a condition, fill out a short questionnaire, and submit it. Then our licensed healthcare practitioner will review and prescribe the medication. Your prescription will be sent to your provided email ID, which you can show at your local pharmacy to collect the medicines.

The consultation fee is mentioned against each medical condition. However, the cost of most online consultations is fixed at $39.99, with a few exceptions for specific services or medical conditions that may be priced differently.

We do not treat acute emergency cases. We only cater to general, mild, and simple conditions that don’t require acute medical care.
You may ask to cancel your consultation request by sending an email to provider@alphacareinc.com, but only if the consultation process has not yet begun. Once the healthcare provider has sent you a treatment plan, it will not be possible to cancel the consultation or receive a refund. (Terms & Conditions Apply)

Our consultation fee is non-refundable. However, we may refund if a health care practitioner doesn’t provide you with a treatment plan or if you cancel the online consultation (terms and conditions apply.)
