The consultation fee is NOT refundable if your refund request is submitted after we have completed the treatment plan or sent you the prescription.

The consultation fee for each medical condition or service provided by AlphaCare Inc. is already specified. If you have used a promo code or received a discount, the particulars will be visible on the payment page during checkout.
We only charge for the consultation and don’t deal with the medication cost. Therefore, we only offer a complete refund of consultation fee only if we cannot prescribe you medication. However, upon request, we can substitute for an affordable prescription if available.
Our consultation fee is non-refundable. However, we may refund if a health care practitioner doesn’t provide you with a treatment plan or if you cancel the online consultation (terms and conditions apply.)
