Our service fee is fully refundable. However, consultation fee for any medical condition is non-refundable provided;
- your prescription is sent to the pharmacy.
- you didn't provide crucial information within the specified timeframe of 12 hours.
Similar to a physician's office, our one-time charges only cover online consultation requests. You still have to pay for prescribed medicine at the pharmacy.
